Our medical website Spectra is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of users' health information, in accordance with the requirements of the HIPAA Law, which sets strict standards for handling electronic health data. This includes protecting the patient's health information from unauthorized access or use and ensuring the security and integrity of data transmission. We employ advanced encryption and identity verification technologies, ensuring the protection of your data at every step, whether during collection, storage, or sharing with healthcare providers. Thus, our patients can rely on the confidentiality and safety of their personal information.
Our medical website follows international HL7 standards, which are a set of global standards designed to facilitate the exchange of health information between different healthcare systems. With HL7 compliance, healthcare providers can exchange health information easily and seamlessly, regardless of the health records management system they use. These standards allow for the integration and unification of information between different medical systems, ensuring the instantaneous and error-free transfer of data from one hospital to another or between clinics and laboratories. This integration enhances the speed of medical care delivery, as doctors have access to all essential medical information for making informed and accurate health decisions.
Our medical website Spectra provides the SWYC (Survey of Well-being of Young Children), a comprehensive screening tool aimed at helping healthcare providers assess the overall, emotional, and behavioral health of children. Using this tool, our website can conduct comprehensive surveys to assess children's development and identify any health or behavioral issues that may require early intervention, such as autism, developmental delays, or learning disabilities. This tool also helps assess the child's environment and overall well-being, enabling specialists to identify special needs and provide appropriate advice or therapeutic solutions. Thus, SWYC allows us to offer integrated and specialized care for children and their families.

You can resolve most of the issues you face quickly by contacting the support department via the following email support@spectra-sa.com. If the website's support team is unable to resolve the complaint legally and legitimately (or if they are unable to resolve the dispute with you after attempting to do so informally), in such cases, we commit to resolving such disputes through mandatory arbitration or small claims rather than general jurisdiction courts. We also request your assistance in resolving these disputes within thirty days after notifying us of these issues before proceeding to arbitration.
