  • The patient or the reference must provide the specialist doctor at the center with the latest reports regarding the patient's condition in order to provide appropriate consultations.
  • The patient or the reference is obligated to pay the full medical consultation and treatment fees according to the center's policy.
  • The patient or the reference bears full responsibility for any legal or health consequences that may arise from treatment at centers other than 'Spectra,' whether during the follow-up period or afterward.
  • The patient is required to strictly adhere to the treatment plan as directed by the medical team at the center to ensure the best results.

Spectra Center Obligations

  • The center will inform the patient or the reference about the treatment plan and the expected treatment cost before starting it, and the center has the right to change it later if any variables or developments arise.
  • The center will provide an expected treatment plan according to what is determined by the consultant/specialist/medical team at the center, and it will then be implemented according to the center's terms and procedures.
  • The center will make all necessary therapeutic efforts and provide required care according to the best medical standards without guaranteeing the results.
  • The center is not obligated to provide any additional treatment services after the paid treatment plan is completed.
  • In case the treating specialist is absent, the center has the right to provide an alternative specialist. The patient or the reference does not have the right to object or demand compensation. In this case, the patient may only reschedule the session with the center to another time when the treating specialist is available.

Appointment Rules and Terms

  • If the patient or reference agrees to receive the services and treatment packages available at the center, the following terms will apply:

Terms and Conditions of Absence and Delay for Appointments

  • The patient or reference must attend all treatment sessions as determined by the consultant/specialist in charge and according to the scheduled appointments.
  • The patient or reference must be present at the scheduled time. If they are more than ten minutes late, the center has the right, at its discretion, to either reschedule the appointment or deduct the consultation fee. The patient is not entitled to compensation for the delay.
  • The patient is not entitled to a refund for any amounts paid in advance for missed appointments.
  • If appointments are booked at the center and the patient fails to attend or provide prior notice for 3 consecutive or separate appointments, and to ensure the center’s rights and determine the seriousness of the patient, the center has the right to refuse future bookings unless a written request is submitted to the management. The request will be reviewed and decided based on the circumstances and the center’s policy, and the center is not obligated to accept any requests.

Terms and Conditions of Final Termination/ Withdrawal and Refund

  • The patient or reference is not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid to the center under any circumstances, except in cases approved by the center.

Terms and Conditions for Appointment Rescheduling

  • The patient or reference has the right to reschedule the appointment, provided they contact the center at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, their right to reschedule will be forfeited, and they will bear the financial cost incurred.
  • The beneficiary can reschedule paid service appointments within the total time frame for providing training services and packages, which requires the beneficiary to complete all paid sessions within a maximum of six weeks from the date of the first session. If the beneficiary does not complete all sessions within the six weeks, Spectra Medical Center's policy is to terminate the service contract and not offer alternative sessions or refund the beneficiary's payment. This is based on the center's belief that spaced-out training sessions hinder both the specialist and the beneficiary from achieving the therapeutic training goals and plans.

Declarations

  • The patient or reference acknowledges the accuracy of the reports that have been or will be submitted to the center, including the full and accurate reflection of the patient's current health condition, without any responsibility on the center in case of any discrepancies.
  • The patient or reference undertakes to disclose any chronic diseases such as diabetes, epilepsy, high blood pressure, etc., or contagious diseases, or allergies to medications, foods, or anything else before starting any sessions.
  • The patient or reference acknowledges that they have reviewed the center's policy, read it, understood its meaning and contents, and agreed to it.

Confidentiality

  • The patient or reference undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the center's secrets, information, and data. The center also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the patient and reference in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and recognized medical standards.
